WITHDRAWAL POLICY
(Digital Content – No Right of Withdrawal)
Effective Date: 21 February 2026
This Withdrawal Policy applies to all digital services provided by XO.ED Learning S.L. via sexschoolhubs.com.
This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all users who purchase subscriptions or Pay-Per-View (PPV) streaming access through the Service.
Legal Basis
Under European consumer protection law applicable to digital content, including Directive (EU) 2019/770 and related national implementing legislation, consumers do not have a right of withdrawal once digital content has been made available, provided that:
• The consumer has expressly consented to immediate access to the digital content, and
• The consumer has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost once access begins.
Consent to Immediate Access
By creating an account, subscribing, purchasing PPV access, or accessing any content on sexschoolhubs.com, you expressly agree that:
• Access to digital content begins immediately after purchase, and
• You lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access to the Service or any digital content begins.
This consent is obtained during the checkout process before payment is completed.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.
However:
• Once access to digital content has begun, no refunds are provided for the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for unused time.
• No refunds are issued if you forget to cancel before renewal.
• No refunds are issued for PPV purchases once streaming has begun.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain access to the Service until the end of the period already paid for.
Age Verification and Withdrawal
Where age verification is required:
• If age verification fails but you have accessed your account or streamed content, the right of withdrawal is lost and no refund applies.
• If age verification cannot be completed due to a verified technical issue and you have not accessed or streamed any content, you may contact support within five (5) days of purchase for review.
If it is confirmed that:
• No access to digital content occurred, and
• The issue was technical in nature,
a refund may be granted in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Failure to complete verification due to incorrect information, jurisdictional restrictions, or user inaction does not create a right to refund.
When Withdrawal May Still Apply
Withdrawal may be possible only if all of the following conditions are met:
• You have not logged into your account after purchase,
• You have not accessed or streamed any digital content, and
• Access to the Service has not yet begun.
Once you access your account or any content, the right of withdrawal is permanently lost.
Technical Issues
If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents access to the Service and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our discretion:
• Extend your subscription period, or
• Issue a refund.
This clause does not affect mandatory statutory rights.
Governing Law
This Withdrawal Policy is governed by the laws of Spain.
Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence within the European Union remain unaffected.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Withdrawal Policy to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes.
The current version will always be published on this page with the applicable effective date.
