SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION

This page provides transparent information about subscriptions and Pay-Per-View access offered by XO.ED Learning S.L. via sexschoolhubs.com, in accordance with:

• EU consumer protection and transparency laws
• German subscription disclosure requirements (BGB §§ 312d, 312f)
• German “Button-Lösung” requirements
• The EU Digital Content Directive
• Applicable international subscription standards

This information forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.

  1. Subscription Types

We offer subscription-based access to streaming digital content.

Available subscription plans include:

• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription

We also offer Pay-Per-View (PPV) streaming access to individual titles.

Before purchase, the following information is clearly displayed:

• The billing period
• The total price for the billing period
• Whether taxes are included or shown separately (depending on location)
• Whether the subscription renews automatically
• How and when cancellation can be made

  1. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method through our payment processor (including Epoch).

Renewal occurs at the end of each billing period and corresponds to the selected subscription term (monthly or annual).

  1. Pricing Transparency

Before completing your purchase, you will see:

• The full subscription price
• The billing frequency
• The next scheduled billing date
• Applicable taxes
• The total amount to be charged

There are no hidden fees.

  1. Button-Lösung Compliance (Germany)

In compliance with German law, the final checkout button clearly indicates that a payment obligation is created.

The button text will clearly state that payment is required (for example: “Purchase Now – Payment Required” or equivalent wording).

  1. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by independent third-party payment processors, including Epoch.

XO.ED Learning S.L. does not store full credit card or payment card details.

Charges may appear on your bank or card statement under an Epoch-related billing descriptor.

  1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via:

Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription

Cancellation:

• Stops future renewals
• Takes effect at the end of the current billing period

You retain access to the Service until the end of the period already paid for.

  1. Refund Policy

Because subscriptions and PPV purchases provide immediate access to digital content:

• No refunds are issued for unused time
• No refunds are issued for failure to cancel before renewal
• No refunds apply once access to digital content has begun

7.1 Age Verification and Refunds

Where age verification is required:

If age verification fails but you have already accessed the Service or streamed content, no refund will be issued.

If age verification cannot be completed and you are unable to access any streaming content within five (5) days of purchase, you may contact support for review.

If it is confirmed that:

• Age verification failed due to a technical error, and
• No streaming access was used, and
• The request is submitted within five (5) days of purchase,

a refund may be granted at our discretion in accordance with consumer protection law.

Refunds will not be issued where age verification fails due to:

• Providing incorrect information
• Failure to complete the verification process
• Jurisdictional restrictions known at the time of purchase

This clause is intended to balance digital content performance rules under EU law with technical fairness.

  1. Pay-Per-View (PPV) Access

PPV purchases grant streaming-only access to specific titles as described at checkout.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• PPV access is non-transferable
• PPV purchases are non-refundable once streaming begins
• No download rights are granted

  1. Account Sharing Prohibited

Subscriptions and PPV access are personal and may not be shared.

Suspicious activity, including simultaneous logins or credential sharing, may result in:

• Temporary access restrictions
• Mandatory re-authentication
• Account suspension

  1. Device Compatibility

Streaming quality may vary depending on:

• Internet connection
• Device and browser type
• Geographic location
• VPN usage or network restrictions

We provide reasonable technical support but cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices or configurations.

  1. Changes to Subscriptions

We may update subscription features or pricing in the future.

Any material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated in advance where required by law.
